Our Port Masters / Patriot Performance Series heads are custom designed to meet the needs of the SBF world, while keeping the quality high and the price reasonable. These heads will out perform almost every street/strip head on the market, and for the price…you CAN’T pass it up! The Port Masters / Patriot Performance SBF heads start life as cast with a 185cc intake runner. Then here at Port Masters, we transform them into airflow hungry animals! First we spend countless hours reworking the intake and exhaust runners while maintaining small port volume for excellent velocity. Next we CC balance every intake and exhaust port within .05 of a CC. After that, we re shape and smooth the combustion chambers for more airflow and detonation resistance then CC balance every chamber. The heads are jet washed, flowed on our flow bench for one last time, and then off to the clean room for assembly. The Parts included with these assembled heads are: US made bronze valve guides, 5 angle competition valve job, 21-4N stainless steel 2.02" / 1.60" valves, .550" hydraulic roller springs, steel retainers, 3/8" studs, guide plates, and viton valve seals.. We have seen these heads add 105+ hp over a set of ported "E7" 5.0 heads on a naturally aspirated 347 Stroker!!! These heads come standard with a 60cc chamber but can be milled down to your specs. These heads are not recommended for 302-306ci motors unless nitrous or forced induction are used. These are great cylinder heads for much less than the competitor’s prices.
